XCBase collects your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and pilot details (glider, tracking usernames) to provide competition management services. Location data is collected during active competition tasks to enable real-time pickup dispatch. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You retain ownership of any content you submit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
