We collect: (1) Account information — your email address, full name, and nationality when you register; (2) Pilot profile — optionally your phone number, glider details, and XContest/LiveTrack24 usernames; (3) Location data — GPS coordinates shared during active competition tasks for real-time pickup dispatch; (4) Sign-in data — authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate XCBase services: running competitions, matching pilots with retrieval drivers, and enabling live tracking during events. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting the operator. See the Terms of Service page for contact information. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
